Seasoul Food & Drinks Catering was born from love, loss, and legacy. This business venture was originally created to support my mother, who was the heart and soul behind the kitchen. She passed away suddenly in January of 2022, just before Seasoul officially began. I was only meant to stand beside her and help, but her passing motivated me to keep going in her honor.
My mother was one of the best cooks I’ve ever known. She taught me, her daughter, how to cook from the heart. Growing up, she always made sure our home was filled with warm meals, and she never hesitated to share food with neighbors and anyone in need. Cooking was her way of showing love. She had a beautiful spirit, was truly one of a kind, and found joy in pleasing and caring for others.
Continuing Seasoul is my way of carrying on her legacy—serving food made with pride, love, and soul, just as she did. Every dish reflects the values she lived by: generosity, community, and bringing people together through food.
